🧾 What you'll need:
The item's NDC number or barcode
A 2D barcode scanner (optional)
Lot number, serial number, expiration date
Your desired price and quantity remaining
✅ Step 1: Go to “My Post”
Click My Post from the left-hand side menu of your dashboard.
✅ Step 2: Add a product
In the top-right corner, choose one of the following:
Add by NDC
Add by Barcode (requires a 2D scanner connected to your computer)
✅ Step 3: Enter product details
Start by typing the NDC in the box labeled Enter NDC.
Press Tab or click anywhere else on the screen.
If the NDC is valid, the drug image and info will automatically load.
✅ Step 4: Add item-specific information
Fill in the following fields:
Lot Number
Serial Number
Quantity Remaining
(This defaults to the full bottle count. Change it if the bottle is partial.)Price You’d Like to Get
(Auto-calculated to 8% of WAC. Must be lower than your purchase cost.)
Expiration Date
(You may need to scroll to the right or resize your screen to see this.)
✅ Step 5: Select condition(s)
Check any condition that applies.
👉 If the bottle is partial or the seal is broken, you must select that checkbox.
✅ Step 6: Publish your listing
You’re almost done!
Check the box next to the item you want to list.
To publish multiple items, check all desired items.
Click Publish Selected on the right-hand side.
🎉 Congratulations — your item is now live on RxPost!
You can continue adding more items or return to the dashboard at any time.

❓ Common Questions:
Why won’t the drug image show up?
Make sure the NDC is entered correctly. If the image doesn’t load, the NDC may be invalid.
Can I change the price later?
Yes! You can always edit your listing from My Post.
Is a 2D scanner required?
Only if you want to use the Add by Barcode feature. You can always add by NDC instead.
