What to Do After You Make a Sale

Congratulations — you’ve made your first sale on RxPost! 🎉 Here's a step-by-step guide to help you confirm and ship out your sales

⏱ Time to complete: ~5–10 minutes

📦 What you’ll need:

  • Access to your RxPost dashboard

  • A printer for the shipping label

  • A shipping box and packing materials

  • FedEx account (for drop-off or pickup)


✅ Step 1: View your sale

When you make a sale, you'll see a red notification bubble or a pop-up alert after logging in.

  • Click Sales from the menu on the right-hand side

  • Or click directly on the sale notification pop-up


✅ Step 2: Confirm the sale

On the Sales page:

  • Click Confirm next to the pending sale

  • Review each item carefully:

    • ✅ Quantity

    • ✅ Lot Number

    • ✅ Expiration Date

👉 If there are any discrepancies, especially with the lot number or expiration date, please contact us immediately.

  • Check the box next to each correct item

  • Sign and click Confirm


✅ Step 3: Print your shipping label

After confirming the sale, a pop-up will appear allowing you to:

  • Print your shipping label

  • Print your packing slip

You’re now ready to prepare your shipment.


✅ Step 4: Package your item(s) properly

To ensure your product arrives safely:

  1. Choose the smallest box that fits all items securely.

  2. Place the sealed bottles inside with:

    • Bubble wrap

    • Newspaper

    • Other packing materials

  3. Include the packing slip inside the box.

  4. Seal the box using packaging tape.

  5. Attach the shipping label clearly on the outside of the box.


❄️ Shipping refrigerated items?

If your item requires refrigeration:

  • Use a styrofoam cooler or insulated shipping bag

  • Include sufficient ice packs to maintain proper temperature

  • Place the cooler inside the outer shipping box

⚠️ Important:

  • Refrigerated items must be shipped the same day they are sol

  • Do not ship refrigerated items on Fridays to prevent weekend delivery delays


✅ Step 5: Ship the package

You can now:

  • Schedule a FedEx pickup
    or

  • Drop the package off at your nearest FedEx location

📦 Please ship your item as soon as possible to ensure timely delivery.
